I just received this wonderful gift in the mail. The booklet came with about 30 recipes but I was wondering where I could find some other recipes? I am looking for the yogurt/nonfat ice cream recipes. . .
I have the recipe book for the models # 5010, 5012, 5013. Received from QVC.
Is it the Deni 5100 Scoop Factory 1.5 Quart Ice Cream Maker? I read about it, sounds like a great machine.
I’ve been shopping around for an ice cream maker. Have you tried any ice cream recipes?
As a tip, you could look at recipes from other ice cream makers. I know, I do that with appliances, in general, such as have a Hamilton beach toaster oven, but look at Cuisinart oven recipes.

Do you think you need a special recipe for your brand of ice cream maker? Maybe you can figure out what the booklet recipes have in common, and use that to adapt other recipes.
My guess is that you can use your ice cream maker to make recipes from a book without adapting them.

I just received the Deni Ice Cream maker Model #5010 from my mother-in law as a Christmas gift from last year, we finally made it down to southern California to visit them, in the process of bringing it back home the instruction booklet was lost somehow, I saw where to order a new one,but for the cost of the machine and the time it takes to prepare the ingredients, I am hoping someone out there may assist me in offering instructions on how the machine works once the ingredients are put in it ? can someone help me ?
