  5. Armenian food!

    It’s very similar to Greek, just not as well known.

    stuffed grape leaves, lamb, lavash bread, of kofta :)

  6. I love Thai food. My husband is Indonesian and also loves Thai because many of the Thai dishes are the same as Indo dishes, but with different names. For instance Green Curry Chicken is the same as Sior Lodai (I don’t know if that is how you spell it but it sounds quite like that.) The restaurant in downtown Oshawa serves the tastiest Thai veggie soup. I asked for the recipe but they wouldn’t give it to me!!

  9. Since I am of mixed ethnic background and have caribbean blood from both sides of the family I would have to say caribbean Food is my favorite. It’s hearty and spicy and full of deep marinated flavor. It’s also very diverse. Some of my favorite carribean cuisine items are Curry and/or Jerk Chicken, Shrimp, or Fish. Black beans and rice. Coco Bread and caribbean cabbage and Brown Stew. Also try Jamaican Beef Patties and melts. They are good. Search your local restuarant listings for some caribbean cuisine options near you and keep these items in mind. ENJOY!!!

  11. Mexican food, In Houston Tortuga’s is the best. Favorite dish would include Chicken fajitas, guacamole, queso, a charra beans.

  18. The Filipino dishes which is distinct from the rest of the world. Try "kare-kare" which is a mixture of vegetables and cow’s delicous choice cuts.

  23. Curry… curries.. any type of curries except lamb.. but chicken, beef, and pork curries are great.. with basmati rice, papadums, flat-breads… I prefer hot curry but I’ll eat any curry.

  29. Oooh! I have a lot of favorites in Ethnic cuisines. First of all, I’m filipino so I’m really used to eating Ethnic cuisine as it is one of them. My favorite Ethnic Cuisine would be Arabic food or Mediterranean Food. It is the best around, followed by Indian Cusine, then Thai Food, then, Filipino Food, then, Indonesian Food, then Italian Food, and the last one would be is American Food. Oops, I forgot Chinese. I love Chinese Food also.
