What type of restaurant ethnic cuisine is most likely to cause you food poisoning

I would have though it would be chinese food but I have been sickened 4 times in a mexican restaurants.

  1. Bar far the very most likely "restaurant food" to cause food poisoning is hamburgers, because they are made with ground meat that each little piece may have come from a different place and been in contact with all manner of surfaces on its way to getting inside a burger.

    The most common cause in the West is E.Coli bacteria, which usually make their way onto food when snotty High School kids that work in fast-food restaurants use the bathroom without washing their hand afterwards, and then either touch food, or touch surfaces that later touch the food.

  2. I never understood why people with food allergies eat out
    take a look at coriander and cumin
    or test your self for MSG and fish sauce or ginger
    if your the only one getting sick - - what does that tell you
