Mexican Pizza: take a large flour tortilla, cover it with refried beans, taco meat, salsa, cheese, onions, and jalapenos. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
Mix 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 egg, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl. Set aside. Fry a package of sausage links and set aside. Rub the sausage grease on the bottom and sides of a rectangular baking dish. Arrange the sausages on the bottom and pour the prepared batter over them. Bake in a 400 degree oven until the top is puffed and golden.

Super easy Filipino meal.
Chicken Adobo
Chicken
1 cup of soy sauce
1 cup of vinegar
1 cup of water
little bit of fresh garlic
Put all together in a pot, put on med-high, boil for 45 minutes with lid on, serve with white rice… easy as pie.
